At Hardbody, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, gym-ready condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
